Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use gol33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. gol33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant with these requirements.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at gol33. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Regional Access: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the gol33 platform is permitted in your area of residence under local laws.
• Non-Staff: gol33 staff, business partners, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as players or use any platform promotions.

Account Management

Your gol33 account is solely your responsibility. You are required to take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your account at all times.

• Password: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password. gol33 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Account Activity: All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you report unauthorized access to us within a reasonable time.
• Update Information: You must update your personal information whenever changes occur, especially your bank details and phone number, to ensure your withdrawals are not disrupted.
• Inactive Account: Any account showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. gol33 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM 5 on inactive accounts after that period.

Deposit & Withdrawal

• Payment Method Ownership: All payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the gol33 account holder. The use of third-party bank accounts or digital wallets is strictly prohibited.

• Syndicate Activity: Any form of player collusion to exploit or manipulate game outcomes — including chip dumping — is strictly prohibited and will be met with serious consequences.

Gol33 uses a sophisticated game monitoring system to detect unusual activity. Any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity will be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Players proven to have cheated will be permanently banned from the platform.

Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

Account Closure & Termination
